A blended level class for experienced Yoga practitioners with a regular, strong, home practice and ready to work deeply on a variety of poses at a more intense pace. Inversions, backbends and sitting forward bends are all practiced.
You should be familiar with basic standing poses and know how to set up for inversions. While we hope you will have a “Yoga adventure” in class, options are presented if you need to back off from some of the more challenging poses.
These are two hour classes.
This bundle includes 12 classes with the following focuses:

Week 2, Twists in standing poses
Week 3, Forward bends
Week 4, Backbends
Week 5, Inversions and balances
Week 6, Standing poses and arm balances
Week 7, Twists and Twisted arm balances
Week 8, Adductor stretching, peak pose is Kurmasana
Week 9, Supported backbends
Week 10, Grounding the heels in standing poses
Week 11, Forward bends
Week 12, Restorative
