Kindergarten to Grad School. We all know that strong abs are important to help support the low back, pelvis, and internal organs, but they also form the foundation of some of yoga’s most challenging poses. We’ll move from beginning to advanced ab work, starting with easy movements that everyone can perform, and gradually add more challenge. With this gently progressive sequencing, you may be surprised at what you can do!
