Taste of Anatomy: Hip Strengthening

Human hips are the connection between our legs and our torsos, and strong hip muscles help improve our balance and stability while standing, walking, and doing Yoga. In this class, we’ll look at the most important hip muscles, and then practice poses to build their strength and endurance.


Props: Mat, 2 blocks, blanket, and a strap


This classes is intended for teachers, and practitioners with at least one year of asana experience.
