Taste of Anatomy: Healthy Shoulders in Yoga with Julie Gudmestad

In this class, we will devote our attention to building strength and flexibility in the shoulders, while focusing on healthy alignment and movement patterns needed in Yoga. You will leave with a short routine to integrate into your home practice, which will support your progress into more challenging Yoga poses.

Props: Mat, blanket, strap, 2 blocks, chair

This class is intended for students with at least a year of Yoga experience, or Paxson Yoga level 3 or above. It is not appropriate for anyone with an acute injury or significantly limited mobility.
