Traditional Yoga practice includes many poses that bear weight on the arms. In this class, we’ll take a look at the anatomy of the most important upper body muscles. We’ll then practice a routine to gradually and progressively build strength. Our goal is the safe practice of poses like sun salutations and inversions.
Props: Mat, 2 blocks, blanket, strap and a chair
This classes is intended for teachers, and practitioners with at least one year of asana experience.
