Spring 22 Level 3-4 with Julie Gudmestad

These classes are for students who are ready to progress beyond the basic beginning poses, but aren't ready for Yoga's most challenging poses. There is careful warm-up during the first half of class, followed by deeper work to build strength, flexibility and endurance. students should know the basic standing poses and be ready to begin work on Handstand and Shoulderstand. Arm balances such as Bakasana are introduced.
