Spring 22 Intermediate Classes with Julie Gudmestad

All levels of experienced students are welcome to attend these classes. Each one builds sequentially to one or two challenging poses, but options are offered if you’re not ready for the peak pose. Even if you don’t do all the poses, you’ll learn how to build and prepare to master them eventually. Students should be experienced with all standing poses and know how to set up for inversions.
