Managing Unstable SI Joints with Yoga with Hope Fyfield

In this class, we will look at poses that aid in strengthening and stretching essential muscles, and improving alignment to minimize SacroIliac joint pain and instability. Challenging poses will be identified, and appropriate modifications presented. After taking this class, students should be able to identify the SI joint, and have learned which poses can be supportive.

This class is not a therapeutic practice and is not intended for students with acute injuries or significant mobility challenges.
