Inversions: Preparation and Practice with Julie Gudmestad

Whether you’re new to inversions or are experienced and looking to refine, this class will give you tools to work on these traditional yet challenging poses. We will start with poses that help build the strength, flexibility, and balance needed to do them safely. Then, if they are in your practice, you will have an opportunity to practice handstand, headstand, and shoulderstand. You will be encouraged to work at the level that is appropriate for your experience.

This class is designed for level 3-4 and up.
