Falls are common, especially as we get older, and can cause painful injuries and life-threatening fractures. Our yoga practice can help us prevent falls by building muscle strength and strengthening our balance reflexes. In this class, we’ll start with easy poses and progress to more challenging. By the end, you will have some balance-sharpening poses to add to your home practice, whatever your level of experience and ability.
This class is not a therapeutic practice and is not intended for students with acute injuries or significant mobility challenges.
