Core Work for Spinal Stability with Julie Gudmestad

Core strengthening is important to stabilize the spine, improve posture, and help protect against injuries. In this class, we’ll use Yoga poses to strengthen these important muscles, creating a short routine that you can easily integrate into your home practice. We will start with simple movements and progressively build to more challenging options, so that everyone can participate at an appropriate level for your current condition and level of practice.

This class is not a therapeutic practice and is not intended for students with acute injuries or significant mobility challenges.
